About Salmon Fly

Salmonfly was founded on September 1, 1992 and was the first business to sell only fly fishing equipment. Right from the start, it was meant that we should be the leader in the field of fly tieing, which we believe we are still. We were the first to negotiate Scott fly rods, Lamson flywheel and Rio flies in this country, which we have continued to do ever since.

From the very beginning, we have been looking for quality products abroad that noone imported, and through the ages, were the first to market them in Denmark.
We constantly strive to have the widest range of fly tiengs and market the best rods, wheels and lines as well as clothing in all price ranges.

Salmonfly is owned by Kim Rasmussen, who besides having tied flies since 1978, has also travelled the world thin, to find the best fishing experiences to be joyfully shared with our customers.
